Returns & Refunds

If you need to return something, it’s simple — log in to your account using your email and follow the steps to request a return.

Your right to cancel

If you’ve changed your mind about your order, you have 14 days from the day after you receive it to let us know. Once you’ve told us, you then have another 14 days to send it back. We’ll refund you within 14 days of getting your return (or proof of posting).

When returns aren’t possible

Some items can’t be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods like food and treats
  • Gift cards
  • Used products
  • Products removed from their packaging
  • Downloadable products
  • Grooming, shampoos and healthcare items once opened
  • Any personalised or custom-made products
  • Sale items that aren’t faulty (if faulty, you can still return them)

Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging with labels originally attached. Please don’t send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return shipping

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll cover return postage and refund you in full.

If you’re returning for any other reason (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), you’ll need to cover the cost of sending it back.

We always recommend using a tracked service — we can’t be responsible for returns lost in the post.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll email to confirm. If approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method within a few working days (banks can take a bit longer).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your card provider — it may take time before it shows.
  • Speak to your bank — processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at help@wuffies.co.uk and send your item to:

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the order wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, we’ll send the refund to the gift giver.
