Shipping policy

We know the excitement of seeing your best friend's face when giving them their favourite toy or seeing how great they look in their new jacket!

That's why we offer free shipping on all orders of £35 or more.

Order cut-offs for same-day dispatch

We want to deliver your items as soon as possible, so if you order before 12pm Monday to Friday, we'll post your item(s) that very same day. If it's after 12pm, your item(s) will be dispatched the next working day. 

Standard Delivery & Free Delivery

With standard delivery, your item will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked48 (unless stated otherwise), which, when ordered by 12pm, should arrive in 2-3 working days (most typically two working days).

Express Delivery

Should you wish to get your item(s) sooner, select the relevant delivery option at checkout. There's a slightly increased charge. We'll then dispatch with Royal Mail Tracked24 (unless stated otherwise). You should expect delivery the next working day if ordered before 12pm (Monday to Friday), but it can take up to 2 working days. 

What if there's a problem with delivery? 

If you have any problems whatsoever with a delivery, please let us know as soon as you can by emailing us at customercare@wuffies.co.uk. Please note that if your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, please get in touch.

Please note: we cannot accept any responsibility for delays outside of our control. We post every single order fully tracked for your benefit and peace of mind. We do not refund any postage costs under any circumstances.
