Delivery starts at just £4.65 and is free for all orders £39 and more.
On the majority of items, we offer same day dispatch when you order before 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays, public holidays and weekends).

We know it's difficult sometimes to gauge the exact size of toys online, so if it's not the perfect toy for your pooch, just pop it back in the post for a full refund within 14 days.
To return an item, it has to be in its original packaging and definitely unused.
Please note: we cannot refund postage costs and you'll need to pay for postage to send it back to us.
